We then send this home with you, along with multiple plastic syringes of a powerful bleaching gel. At home, you add the gel to the trays and wear them for a specific amount of time each day, usually an hour. Optimal results, such as teeth up to eight shades brighter, is possible in a week to ten days. You then keep the trays and leftover gel if you need touch-ups down the road.
