Shannon, Certified Dental Assistant
Hello, my name is Shannon. After starting at Lake Orion Family Dentistry in 2000, I soon realized I had found my calling. At that point, I chose to further my education via the DANB (Dental Assisting National Board) program and become a Certified Dental Assistant. I am a member of the CEREC Doctors organization and the local CEREC study club.
Working alongside the same people for so long makes the practice feel more like a second family. We all take pride in working as a team to help our patients achieve their smile goals. Seeing the many smile transformations, and knowing that we are using the latest technologies to improve our patients’ dental health and overall wellness, is always exciting to me. I enjoy working at an office where the patient comes first. The system of individualized care and patient comfort set up by Dr. Allain, and carried on with the same level of dedication by Dr. Greenfield, makes working here not only a pleasant experience, but a rewarding one as well.
When not at work, I am often found at the gym, or I am taking some type of fitness or dance class. Some of my hobbies include gardening, camping, shopping, boating, cooking, drawing, or just playing checkers. But what I really love is spending time with my husband, Richard, and our four legged fur child named Leia. Ronda, Registered Dental Hygienist
My name is Ronda and I have enjoyed working at Lake Orion Family Dentistry as a Registered Dental Hygienist since 1995. I graduated from Mott Community College in 1995. I am also certified in the administration of nitrous oxide and the use of laser dentistry.
As a member of Lake Orion Family Dentistry, I love getting to know patients and watching their kids grow up. I enjoy working with a great team in a beautiful, high-tech office. Our technology is beneficial to both our patients and our team. I enjoy attending continuing education classes and learning about the latest research and technologies that will benefit my patients.
When away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Steve; son, Nicholas; and daughter, Olivia. I enjoy outdoor activities, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.

Danielle Z, Dental Hygienist
Hello, my name is Danielle and I graduated with honors from the University of Detroit Mercy with a Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene. I joined the team in 2018 and have earned certifications in local anesthesia and the administration of nitrous oxide. Our patients appreciate how I make them comfortable and relaxed at the office. I love the chance to develop relationships with our patients and educate them about their oral health. During college, I often volunteered my services to provide dental hygiene treatment at elementary schools and nursing homes in under-served areas. Outside of the office, I like spending time with my fiancé, family and friends, as well as reading, bowhunting, going on Harley rides with my fiancé, and all kinds of outdoor activities.

Caitlin, Registered Dental Hygienist
My name is Caitlin Haley, and I am a Registered Dental Hygienist with Lake Orion Family Dentistry. I had the privilege of joining the team in 2012. I graduated from Ferris State University in 2010, and received my Bachelor of Science degree in 2011. To be able to help meet the comfort needs of patients, I became certified in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide administration.
Before joining the Lake Orion Family Dentistry team, I was afforded the opportunity to intern here during high school. The team let me test my career dreams in 2004. Since then, I have wanted to be a permanent team member!
I am a graduate of Lake Orion High School and currently live in the Lake Orion area. I feel privileged to be able to provide quality hygiene care to my hometown community. My most important contributions to this dental team are: my ability to help patients remain at ease, my infectious laugh, and my outgoing personality. In 2010, I earned the Johnson and Johnson Professional Excellence in Dental Hygiene Award.
The sun and water capture my time when I am not at work. Enjoying Michigan summers on Torch Lake is something I have done since childhood. Spending time with my family and friends is very important to me and consumes most of my free time
