Your Treatment Experience
Once your aligners are ready, you will begin wearing a set for a specific amount of time each day, usually between 20 and 22 hours. You continue the process until you obtain optimal alignment, which for some could take as little as one year. The aligners are easy to clean and use, and you can remove them before meals so you don’t have to avoid certain foods. Being removable also means an easier time brushing and flossing your teeth, as you don’t have to work around metal orthodontics.
