The procedure begins with our team numbing the tooth in question to ensure your comfort as we remove outer structure to accommodate your new crown. We then take detailed images of the prepared tooth with an intraoral camera, which allows us to create a 3D impression far more accurately than a physical mold. You do not have to bite down on a metal mold filled with gooey material anymore!
An onsite milling machine then creates them from a solid block of metal-free ceramic, a strong and durable material that we can shade to blend with your smile and offer a lifelike appearance. We then check the fit and make sure we do not need to make any final adjustments, and attach them with a powerful bonding agent. All in a single sitting!
