Digital Imaging
To obtain images of your smile, including tooth roots and the interior of your teeth and oral structures, we can take an x-ray. Instead of a traditional option, we use a digital one that employs 90% less radiation and provides images instantly chairside without bitewings or the need to wait for development! If we need to take images of the surfaces of your teeth and gums, we can do so quickly and comfortably using intraoral camera technology. When we want to conduct an oral cancer screening, we do so with the VELscope system, which can identify possible cancerous and precancerous tissues early, so you can start care and increase the chances of a full recovery. We even employ digital record keeping to ensure your paperwork is also available easily, and that we can transmit to specialists as needed!
CEREC Restorations
To design, create, and place a restoration or prosthetic in one visit, we can use the CEREC system. Our team will take digital images of your bite to create a digital impression, one far more convenient and accurate then a physical one. We then use these to design your new crown or bridge, and craft them in the same visit. We then check the fit and place them, so you obtain lifelike repair in one sitting. We also offer 3D printing technology to craft custom mouthguards and oral appliances in one visit, protecting smiles against dental emergencies and also addressing issues like TMJ disorder, bruxism (teeth grinding), and sleep issues!
Dental Lasers
If you require a treatment for your soft tissues, we can do so with advanced laser technology. Our team can manage gum disease by removing diseased tissues, and we can correct gummy smiles by removing excess tissues and reshaping the gum line.
